Our organizing team truly believes that small actions can make a big difference – especially when hundreds of conference participants do them together! That’s why we kindly ask you to bring your own reusable water bottle and lunch box. Less waste = more good karma (and a happier planet).

Move Smart!
Tallinn is the perfect size for walking or using public transport. Trams and buses run regularly from both the port and the airport, and the venue is just a pleasant stroll away from the Old Town and city centre.

Bonus!
After on-site registration, you’ll receive your name tag with a free public transport QR pass valid for the entire conference (22–25 April 2026).
Psst! When you validate your QR code, make sure to use the validator closest to the driver – don’t let the one in the back fool you!

No tote bag this time.
We know, we know… we all have a growing collection of conference tote bags at home. So this time, we’re skipping it! Instead, bring your favourite bag from a past event – it’s a great icebreaker (“Oh, you went to that conference too?!”).

Name lanyards
If you have a lanyard from a previous event, bring it along! If not, no worries – we’ll have reused ones ready and waiting for a second life.

Digital catalogue – save the trees!
Conference articles and posters will be distributed as a digital e-book and available online. Less paper, more forest!
